Great location, amazing view of the ocean and friendly staff. The food in the restaurant was also very good, and we enjoyed Christmas dinner. It was nice to have a Christmas tree in the room and the decorations in the lobby were nice.
The room was small and cramped, and the bed was not comfortable. The heating was not working properly, and it was very cold in the room.

Staff very friendly. Quality of meals and service. Relaxed atmosphere.
Sound volume on room TV did not adjust. Was not fixed during stay. A lot of stairs to get to room 22.

The staff were professional, helpful and efficient. We chose apartments as we prefer to keep things simple and please ourselves as to when and if we decided to eat in. The apartment was exactly what we wanted it fitted our requirements perfectly and we were well looked after by the invisible room service staff. This was one of the best hotel apartments we have stayed at.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location on the St Clement coast offered stunning views of the sea and we enjoyed lovely walks along the sandy beach. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with both indoor and outdoor pools, a steam room, and a well-equipped kitchen in our room. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The off-road parking and excellent transport links made getting around easy.
All was good.

A gem of a hotel in fantastic position with st Helier easily accessed. Rooms not big but had everything we needed. if stars were awarded for staff helpfulness and friendliness then this hotel would be 5 star. Gardens were beautiful and well looked after and offered a pleasent place to sit after a day of sightseeing.
there was nothing that I didnt like.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel strictly located at the Jersey South coast. The location was amazing, with the hotel situated right opposite a beautiful beach area. The hotel had a lovely footpath that you could walk along, allowing for peaceful strolls by the sea. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the garden. I particularly enjoyed the bathroom facilities, which included a bath. The breakfast included in the stay was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
I had a great experience and all was just fine.

Good location across the road from long beach & the sea, with bus stop into St Helier outside & regular service. Staff excellent, friendly & efficient - could not fault. Food good, well presented & freshly cooked in the evening. Breakfast buffet always well stocked. Good indoor pool & pleasant gardens. Everywhere very clean.
Bedroom (standard double) was on the small side as was the bathroom & shower cubicle. Dining tables/seating were close together & a bit cramped. At busy times had to wait for free tables to come available at breakfast if not down early.

The location was very pretty across from the beach. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble. The food was plentiful and the buffet breakfast was constantly replenished, as was your tea and coffee. The rooms were clean and airy. The staff even cleaned the seagull mess from the ourside paths of the building so as people did not tread in it.
Unfortunately we did have a very noisy family above us (we were groundfloor) who seemed to pace the floor in the early hours. This however is no reflection on the hotel, and just one of those things.

Manager went out of his way to ensure we were happy with everything. We stayed in the apartments which were fantastic.
Restaurant staff could be better and more flexible
